Does anyone know if there is some place to find the value of the individual pans in the 5-piece & 7-piece sets? I have a host who wants to split up the pans in a set but we don't know what each pan is worth. TIA.
 
I would guestimate. I think you have to decide what's fair for all. Look at the sizes. I had a customer want to do that once and wanted me to decide what was fair to each of them so I divided by the number of pieces and then looked at the final cost for each piece (plus the lid for those with a lid) and adjusted from there. Or divide by the number of pans and take some off for the one without a lid or the smaller one and add it to the larger/lidded one or what ever seems fair.
