US consultant recruiting someone in Canada?

Ok wierd question can a consultant in the US recruit someone in Canada or do we need to refer them to a Canadian consultant?

You would have to refer them to someone in Canada. Can only recruit in your own country. I would be happy to help if needed. Where does this person live? I am in Winnipeg MB

Recruit in Canada

I had the same problem of someone wanting to work here and moving back to USA next year. Two different entities I was told.
