Hi. I am leaving to go clean my new house in an hour and a half.

Here is my question!

I got a call from HO yesterday that a customer had ordered an item that is no longer available. (Don't know how I missed that, but I did!) Cancelling the order will effect the host benefits. Can I cancel that order, but add an order under another guest's name? I have to resolve it by noon today, and there is no way that I can reach the guest before that time.

What would you do?

I'd call HO and ask if you can substitute an item... then if it's necessary...after the show comes, you can do an exchange right?
