I was wondering if you could help me out. Does anyone know what the warranty on partylite is? I know they can't warranty the candles burning up but I was wondering on the items like votive holders?

Thank you!!

bumping this up for you...

Hey there. I'm almost positive the holders carry a lifetime warranty. Do you know your consultants contact info? Otherwise, try partylite.com. There may at least be a contact us link on there. :) HTH!

Thank you....the consultant is my husbands brothers wife...she gave me a set of three votive holders that are different heights and have a metal plate on them. On one of them as soon as I took it out of the plastic wrap the metal plate fell off and it's scratched, so it's not as if I can just glue it back on. She gave me this for xmas (to bad I didn't take it out while she was there...I only took one out) I told her about it she said that it was discontinued a while ago and no longer replaceable. I emailed her back and asked if it was exchangeable because I know that pc still honors the warranty even if the product is discontinued, you may not get the same product but you can get something else. I have not heard back from her.

She is the patylite rep and dh and I are not the best of friends with her. We know that she just went into her closet and picked something out. That's fine if you don't want to put any thought into a gift but don't give me something that is broken. That is why I was wondering about the warranty.

Maybe you can contact the company directly or another consultant that will be more willing to help you. Don't say that a consultant gave it to you, but just that you received it for Christmas and it is broken. Good luck!

I know that you have to pay for a replacement part ex: one of my votive holder broke after 3 months and I had to pay $9. :(
