Trying to Find Total of Hwc Items Sold

Does anyone know a trick to tracking our total HWC items we have sold so far? I know I can go into PP (I am still using old program) and do a total history for those items...but it's not accurate in the sense that I know I've had on line orders and things through my website...just wondering if anyone knew a better way...Also, what is the total for being recognized at conference? I don't have it right in front of me. thanks bunches

I only know of in PP. To keep track of your website sales from indiv orders, you'd have to go through each order. I believe it is $150 for recognition and a $150 in combo for RUFTH/HWC for the lanyard.

I actually keep a spreadsheet with each individual order, misc orders I get and each show. That way I can easily tell how many of each item is order (I love to know the popularity). I too have web orders, esp for the cups. I also set it up to calculate how many more I need to sell. SAHM...maybe too much "time" on my hands. I love and MISS that stuff. Otherwise, run a report for those numbers (don't forget host specials) and just add the online orders.
