The discussion centers on troubleshooting image loading issues when copying and pasting newsletters into Yahoo Mail. Users report that images do not appear when pasted directly into emails, likely due to Yahoo's handling of web-based email formats. Recommendations include using an installed mail client like Outlook Express to ensure images are properly attached, as well as considering the size of images being sent. Additionally, users suggest attaching the newsletter as a document instead of pasting it directly into the email.
PREREQUISITESThis discussion is beneficial for email marketers, newsletter creators, and anyone using Yahoo Mail who encounters issues with image display in emails.

well bummer I only use the yahoo addy for customersjenniferknapp said:hmm, not so sure with yahoo mail, but usually you have to have it set up in Outlook Express or another installed mail client in order to do this. Basically, when you copy and paste, it needs to attach every image that you pasted on to the email in order for the images to display when your recipient's view it.

Ok thanks I will try that. Problem is I received the entire newsletter through my e-mail Fine (it was cut and Pasted), but when I received it as an attachment no Pics or graphics. You might want to try adding the pictures one by one and see how much it can handle.

Images may not load when copying and pasting due to the way the source formatting handles image links. If the images are hosted on a platform that requires specific permissions or if the links are broken, they will not display properly in your newsletter.
To ensure images load correctly, try uploading the images directly to your newsletter platform instead of copying and pasting them. This way, the images will be embedded in the newsletter and won't rely on external links.
Yes, using common file formats like JPEG, PNG, or GIF is recommended for images in newsletters. These formats are widely supported and typically load without issues.
Yes, some email clients have settings that block images from loading automatically for security reasons. Encourage your recipients to check their settings and allow images to load for your newsletter.
If your images still won't load, consider reaching out to your newsletter platform's support team for assistance. They can help identify any technical issues or provide guidance on best practices for embedding images.
