I can't get my P3 to load up...it reads, unable to access jarfile startup.jar. Have called tech support, did what they sugested with them saying that he will send me to dignostic support and will call tommorrow. Having done and said that is their anything else I can do to fix this problem now...

Go to Consultant COrner and do a manual update of P3. Should fix it.

There are a few things you can try to fix this issue:1. Make sure the startup.jar file is present in your P3's storage. If it is missing, you may need to download it from a trusted source or from the manufacturer's website.2. Try resetting your P3 by holding down the power button for 10 seconds. Then, turn it back on and see if the issue persists.3. If you have recently installed any new apps or made changes to your P3's settings, try uninstalling them or reverting back to previous settings to see if that resolves the issue.4. Check for any updates for your P3's software and install them if available.5. If none of the above steps work, you may need to perform a factory reset on your P3. Keep in mind that this will erase all data on your device, so make sure to back up any important files before proceeding. If none of these solutions work, it is best to wait for the diagnostic support team to call you back as they will be able to provide more specific troubleshooting steps for your device.
