Troubleshooting Full Screen Issues - KWIM?

SUMMARY

The discussion centers on troubleshooting full-screen navigation issues in a specific application. Users report difficulty returning to the main show interface after entering customer information in full-screen mode. The expected navigation option, indicated by blue lettering at the top of the screen, is reportedly absent, leading to confusion. So I finally switched over and things are working fine but I have a question. Whenever it flips over to a full screen (like when I add customer info) I can't get back to the show without x-ing out and clicking on the show again. (KWIM?) Am I missing something?

Toward the top, there should be an option to return to the show. I believe the words are highlighted in blue lettering.

Nope, don't see that at all.

The blue bar on top has an x, a red dot, and the show information. Everything below that is about the customer.
