I am having trouble on my PWS. When I try to put in a co-host's name to place an order, it is not found. Any suggestions?

Set the co-host up as a host for her own show. It's the only work-around that I know of for this issue. Bothers me too.

But it says (co) host right there in the box we type into. Also, in this case, the co-host is the bride for a bridal shower! I want all the web orders to go to one place and for her to get credit!

Yep. That's the frustrating part. Just set the bride up as a host in her own show with all the same info as the "host" only use the bride's name.

So then just combine orders from the 2 "shows" into 1 show in P3 myself? (Sorry if that sounds like a stupid question.)

You got it! I've never had an order for a show online, but I think you have to copy them over anyways!

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if my co-host's name is not appearing on my Personal Website (PWS)?

If your co-host's name is not appearing on your PWS, first ensure that you have correctly added them as a co-host in your Pampered Chef account. Check the settings under the "Events" section to confirm their inclusion. If they are listed but still not showing, try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache, as this can sometimes resolve display issues.

How can I verify that my co-host has been properly added to my event?

You can verify that your co-host has been properly added by navigating to the "Events" section of your Pampered Chef account. Click on the specific event, and you should see their name listed under the co-hosts. If their name is not there, you may need to re-add them and save the changes.

What steps should I take if my co-host's name is misspelled on the PWS?

If your co-host's name is misspelled, you can edit it by going to the "Events" section and selecting the event in question. Look for the option to edit co-host details, correct the spelling, and save the changes. Make sure to refresh your PWS afterward to see the updated name.

Is there a delay in updating co-host information on the PWS?

Yes, there can be a slight delay in updating co-host information on your PWS after making changes. Typically, it should reflect within a few minutes, but in some cases, it may take longer. If the changes do not appear after a reasonable time, try logging out and back into your account or clearing your browser cache.

Who can I contact for further assistance if I can't resolve the co-host name issue?

If you are unable to resolve the co-host name issue on your own, you can contact Pampered Chef's customer support for assistance. They can provide guidance and help troubleshoot any technical issues you may be experiencing with your PWS.
