I just got home from a show and a lady asked me, what to do with a her large bar pan, she received it as a gift, was given no receipt and the stone is broken down the middle, is there anything I can do for her?

As long as it has been less than 3 years, Solutions Center can help. Does she remember who gave it to her? She could call that person and ask who either the host or consultant was for the show. That is the easiest way for Solution Center to pull it up. Depending on how "customer service" you want to provide, YOU can call them and ask exactly what information they need/want and then help the person through gathering it. I have done that before and gained a new, loyal customer because of it.

call the solution center and explain the situation, they have been very helpful for me and a weird situation i have had with a return, i was the 3rd consultant involved long story, they will likely give you the return authorization # and ask that a piece of the stone be mailed before they can replace it.
good luck

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a large bar pan used for in cooking?

A large bar pan is versatile and can be used for baking, roasting, and even grilling. It's perfect for making sheet cakes, cookies, and casseroles, as well as roasting vegetables and meats. The even heat distribution helps ensure consistent cooking results.

How do I properly care for my large bar pan?

To care for your large bar pan, avoid using metal utensils that can scratch the surface. Instead, opt for silicone or wooden utensils. After use, allow the pan to cool before washing it with warm, soapy water. Avoid soaking it for long periods, and never put it in the dishwasher unless specified by the manufacturer.

What should I do if my large bar pan gets a crack or chip?

If your large bar pan gets a crack or chip, it’s important to stop using it immediately to prevent further damage. For minor cracks, you can try to repair it with a food-safe adhesive, but if the damage is significant, it’s best to replace the pan to ensure safe cooking.

Can I use my large bar pan in the microwave?

Most large bar pans are not designed for microwave use. Always check the manufacturer's guidelines to see if your specific pan is microwave-safe. Using a non-microwave-safe pan in the microwave can lead to damage or unsafe cooking conditions.

What are some tips for achieving the best results when using a large bar pan?

To achieve the best results with your large bar pan, preheat your oven before placing the pan inside. Use parchment paper for easy removal of baked goods, and avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure even cooking. Additionally, rotate the pan halfway through cooking for consistent results.
