Hello. I have a customer who ordered the Medium Bar Pan and realized it's much smaller than she wanted. She would like to exchange it for the Large Bar pan. Can we do this? If so, how? I have a large Bar Pan at home and thought about exchanging it for her, but with the warranty, I wasn't sure this was a good idea!

Yes you can. Contact the HO. Give them all the details. If there is a difference in cost, you'll need to let them know how you want to handle that. They'll arrange everything for you.
