Hey!! Just had to express my joy of working at our county fair this past week. I worked Monday and Friday night. On Monday night was able to book 4 shows on the spot!! That was so exciting. Then on Friday night I got a ton of leads so yesterday I started to call some of them and I was able to book 3 shows. I didn't expect to do that well from the booths but I'm so blessed that I did. It was GREAT!!:D

Booths are great. SO many people love PC but don't have consultants. I love doing booths too b/c the people that talk to me already like PC (vs approaching people in the grocery store and such...just not me). Great job! Especially following up with them. Keep them excited about their shows and just imagine the shows that will stem from these!!

I love doing booths it is a great way to connect with people who haven't seent he products in a while and if feels like the possiblities are endless with them. I like doing them durning the fall I get good turn out from them. I am doing our fair at the end of this month and it should be good.

Hey, that's great Christina! I am too, at the end of the month, in @ the Western Idaho fair. But this will be my first time doing a booth. I'm pretty excited about it. Hoping to get some leads and possible recuits. Wish me luck!

What should I prepare before my first booth experience?

Before your first booth experience, it's essential to prepare by gathering all necessary materials, including product samples, brochures, order forms, and business cards. Additionally, consider creating an eye-catching display that highlights your products and draws in potential customers. Practicing your pitch and preparing answers to common questions can also boost your confidence.

How can I attract more visitors to my booth?

To attract more visitors to your booth, use engaging visuals and interactive elements, such as product demonstrations or tastings. Offering a giveaway or a special promotion can also entice people to stop by. Make sure to smile, be approachable, and actively engage with passersby to create a welcoming atmosphere.

What are some effective ways to collect leads at my booth?

Effective ways to collect leads include having a sign-up sheet for a newsletter or a raffle where visitors can enter their contact information. You can also use digital tools, like a tablet or smartphone, to capture leads quickly. Ensure you communicate the value of signing up, such as exclusive offers or updates on future events.

How can I follow up with leads after the event?

After the event, promptly follow up with your leads through personalized emails or messages. Thank them for visiting your booth and remind them of any special offers or products they showed interest in. Building a relationship through consistent communication can help convert leads into customers.

What should I do if I don't get as many bookings as I hoped?

If you don't get as many bookings as you hoped, don't be discouraged. Use this experience as a learning opportunity. Analyze what worked and what didn't, and seek feedback from attendees. Consider adjusting your approach for future events, such as refining your pitch or enhancing your display. Remember, building a customer base takes time and persistence.
