Hello Everyone,
I just walked in Cincinnati at my first conference. So fun and motivating! Now time to get back to work. Well I just became a Director on 12/1 and am loving the home office leads! I'm in a very rural area and am the only director for many miles around. For once, my locations is an asset! I've gotten many orders directed to me already....many of these orders are in towns that I would like to travel to for shows. So I was wondering if any of you have a thank you letter that you send to those people.....I made follow-up calls to a couple of these people today and they really wanted to see a new catalog. I'm wanting to take good care of these people so they can become continuing customers or maybe hosts, so I'm looking for something good! Thanks for all the ideas on here!

I would just keep calling them. If you're going to send a thank you, I'd make it a short hand written note.

When I send thank you notes, it's on the Nancy's thank you post cards. I just make it short and sweet, thank them for their order and to call if they ever need anything else. Pop something like that in an envelope with a catalog and possibly the next month's host specials and that should be good. Do continue to follow up with phone calls.
