Teachers Gifts for Christmas...

I've been trying to think of what I'd like to do for my son's teachers for Christmas...

I just found out that his teacher at school is a vegetarian, and in her little bio on the school website, she says that she enjoys cooking. She's young, married, and has a new puppy. We also ADORE her. She has been a breath of fresh air in our dealings with the public school system. I want to do something special for her - I've already decided to get the Vegetarian Cookbook for her, but having a hard time coming up with what else to put with it - any ideas?

Then, our little guy also adores his Media Center Teacher - the kids are allowed to go every day to the library (Media Center) for a new book, as long as they bring back their old one. He goes several times a week, plus his regular media center hour on Wednesdays. His Media Center Teacher is a man....first time he's had a male teacher, and I'm trying to decide if we do a cookbook and a rub for him too?

His teacher at church is also a man.....hmmmmmm.....

Why not package the cookbook with all of the dry ingredients for one of the recipes--sort of like the cookies-in-a-jar that are so popular. You could put everything together in a box.
