Syncing Addresses from Outlook Express to Website Contacts: Expert Tips

Does anyone know how to sync addresses from Outlook Express to our contacts on our website? I synced P3 w/the website then spent over an hour deleting doubles & extras, even though I told it to delete doubles. I know I have a number of different contacts in my OExpress I would like to add. Any advice would be great! Thanks.
