I'm trying to sync my PWS to P3 because I have an order that needs to be transferred. I have installed the manual update, gone through the tools option and still the only message I get is that "No personal website is available for Melissa McDonald" with most PSW options grayed out in P3. This is only my second show and first web order. So technically I'm still on the website trial and have not yet paid for the personal website. Is there a chance that this is my problem? My shows on my PSW both had verifications that the show had been set up in P3. Everything is through the old website, not beta. Any suggestions on how to get this sync to work?
 
Sounds like a technical glitch. Call HO tech support tomorrow and they'll trouble-shoot it and walk you through the fix.
 
Try signing into your PWS (have it open in the background), do another manual update on P3 (they did an update today) and try again. It might work for you now. ;)
