Hi all!

Has anyone made these? I am considering making them my recipe of the month for February because I want to use unglazed stoneware at my shows. Did you like it or do you like the Ham and Cheese Calzone better?

I have made both and like the sun dried tomatoe better for taste as well as for the demo. It is a bit more money for the ingredients though because of the sun dired tomatoes.

Hi there! I haven't personally made these, but I've heard great things about them. They seem like a perfect option for using unglazed stoneware at your shows. I think it's worth giving them a try and seeing how they turn out. As for comparing them to the Ham and Cheese Calzone, it really depends on personal preference. Both sound delicious to me!
