Hi Joy
I can't get a hold of the html code for November. When I click download code I see it briefly and then it goes to the preview before I can catch it.
When I click the "edit HTML" link, I get a blank screen. That part might be because of the computer I'm using, but either way, I can't catch the html code for November.

I haven't been able to either, luckily however I was able to make minor changes to it in the preview mode. It was like it was in a midway state between html and preview.

If I copy the preview, do you think I could paste it and have the links work right? I'm using Constant Contact, which is like iContact.

Let me see what I can do... it's been glitchy lately and I'm a bit frustrated as my programmer has gone MIA. He has not responded to my emails for almost a month and I'm a bit captive since I don't know how to fix it myself. I might have to start looking for a new programmer (sigh) and that means I'd have to pay alot of money to have someone new start over with my setup... But let me poke around and see if I can't figure some kind of workaround. And I'll shoot yet another email to my programmer :(

Hi Joy!
I was able to send it to myself, make changes and copy/paste into Constant Contact...and the links still worked.
Thank you for putting together awesome newsletters!

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if my November newsletter HTML code is not displaying correctly?

If your HTML code is not displaying correctly, first check for any missing tags or syntax errors. Use an HTML validator to identify issues. Additionally, ensure that your email client supports HTML formatting, as some may not render it properly.

How can I troubleshoot images not showing up in my newsletter?

Make sure that the image URLs are correct and accessible. If you're using images hosted on your website, ensure that they are publicly available. Consider using absolute URLs instead of relative ones and check that the image file types are supported by email clients.

What are some best practices for formatting my November newsletter in HTML?

Use inline CSS for styling, as many email clients do not support external stylesheets. Keep your layout simple, use tables for structure, and ensure that your text is easily readable. Test your newsletter on multiple devices and email clients to ensure compatibility.

How can I add links to my newsletter without breaking the HTML code?

To add links, use the anchor tag () with the href attribute. Make sure to close the tag properly. For example: Visit my site. Always test the links to ensure they direct to the correct pages.

What should I do if my newsletter is too large to send?

If your newsletter is too large, consider optimizing images by reducing their file size or using a different format. Remove any unnecessary content or code, and ensure that your HTML is clean and efficient. You can also use a file compression tool to help reduce the overall size.
