The Pampered Chef grease mop, also known as the "Magic Mop," is a discontinued kitchen tool designed for removing grease from soups and sauces. It resembles a small mop without a handle and has not been part of the product line for at least 9-10 years, with its discontinuation dating back to 2001. While it was effective in its function, users noted that it could be difficult to clean. eBay has been identified as a potential source for purchasing this item, as it is no longer available through official outlets. Alternative methods for grease removal, such as using stale bread, are also suggested.
I have a customer who says she previously purchased a Pampered Chef grease mop and would like another. She says it looked like a small mop with no handle and you used it to "mop" the grease off the top of soups, sauces, etc...
Anyone have a new one? Or know what I'm talking about?

I don't have one, but it's pretty old. I've seen them on the dreaded eBay site. It's called the "Magic Mop".

It's been out of the line for a number of years. I like mine.
I think that has been out of the catalog for at least 9-10 years. We sold it when I first started but it left pretty soon after that. Good luck finding one.
I think that was discontinued in 2001. They were a mess! They worked OK to get the fat off things (you can just use a piece of stale bread to do the same thing), but then they were a pain to clean off.I agree, eBay is probably your best resource for finding one.
