My bar pan broke in half last night. I about cried... I use this ALL the time. I submitted my adjustment LATE last night and will be mailing off a piece today. does anyone know ABOUT what the turn around time on getting a new one will be? I got mine in my start kit in Oct.
 
They will send out a new pan right away since it was from your kit.
 
I'm sad, I loved that thing...I read on the PC website that it takes about 7-10 business days to process the warranty claim and then 10-14 business days to receive the replacement. So it could take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to get your new bar pan. Hope this helps!
