OH!
Maybe!! I'll have to check them out!
Thanks!

No, the Pan Asian metaballs are rolled in rice. They end up looking a little like a Hostess Snowball. :)
Unfortunately, I don't have my cookbooks with me (at work right now), so can't check for it.

pineapple, found in the gourmet jelly section of the supermarket.

Prep time: 20 minutes Total time: About 50 minutes

1 pound 93% lean ground turkey
2 slices French bread, coarsely chopped (1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs)
1-13 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions with tops

Form turkey mixture into balls using Small Scoop. Heat (12-in.) Skillet over medium heat until hot. Add meatballs and cook about 10 minutes or until meatballs are browned on all sides, turning often. Remove Skillet from heat.

2. Combine chutney and cornstarch in Small Batter Bowl; add chutney mixture and bell pepper to Skillet. Stir to coat meatballs; spoon into Mini-Baker. Bake 15-20 minutes or until glaze is thickened and meatballs are cooked through. Remove from oven; sprinkle with additional thinly sliced green onion, if desired.
