2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, egg, minced garlic, ground ginger, and salt and pepper.
3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
5. In a small saucepan, mix together the teriyaki sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
