I have 2 recruits. One went inactive on 3/1 and as of today (3/27) is active again. Any idea on how this will affect my commission check? Will I still get the overrides?

You should still get them, as long as you have the required sales. :)

It depends on your company's policies and compensation plan. Some companies may have a grace period for inactive recruits before removing them from your downline and not counting them towards your commission. Others may still count them towards your commission as long as they are active at the end of the month. It's best to check with your upline or company's guidelines for more specific information.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does it mean to reactivate a recruit in Pampered Chef?

Reactivating a recruit in Pampered Chef refers to the process of bringing back a former consultant who has been inactive for a certain period. This can involve encouraging them to start selling again, participating in training, and re-engaging with the community to boost their business.

How does reactivating a recruit impact my commission?

When you reactivate a recruit, you may earn commissions on their sales if they start selling again. This can enhance your overall earnings, as you will receive a percentage of their sales as part of your commission structure, depending on your level and the sales volume generated by the recruit.

Are there any overrides associated with reactivating a recruit?

Yes, when you reactivate a recruit, you may also earn overrides on their sales. Overrides are additional earnings you receive based on the sales performance of your recruits, which can significantly increase your income as they grow their business and achieve higher sales levels.

What are the benefits of reactivating a recruit for my team?

Is there a time limit for reactivating a recruit in Pampered Chef?

While there may not be a strict time limit for reactivating a recruit, it is generally more effective to reach out to former consultants sooner rather than later. The longer they are inactive, the more challenging it may be to re-engage them. It's best to maintain regular communication and support to encourage their return.
