I just made this, plan on making it as a 2nd recipe at shows - it's really quick. Anybody else try? I liked it, but a few of the strawberries had a hard time staying put so I could chop them up.

I did it without the candied nuts since I don't have any.Strawberry Salsa1 cup finely chopped strawberries1/4 cup finely chopped red onion1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro1 lime, juiced1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 cup candied nuts, chopped (optional)1. In a medium bowl, combine the strawberries, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.2. If using candied nuts, sprinkle on top of the salsa just before serving.3. Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled chicken or fish. Enjoy!
