I your Quick Stir Pitcher just happens to "fall" out of the fridge when your 4 year old is helping herself and after you clean up all the lemonade you realize there is a HUGE CHUNK of the pitcher that doesn't exist anymore... will HO do an adjustment or is that beyond the realm of replacement warrenty?

Some people say it is and some people see it aint. HA! Call and tell them the pitcher broke without details unless they ask is what I would do. Plenty of people have done that before and got replacements, especially when the Trifle Bowl first came out.

If it were me I would call HO...I know that when I did something to one of my products they would not replace it because it was operator error however I have read a lot of people on here say that they did something for them in similar circumstances to mine...I know that some people on here have said that if you call and they tell you that they can not replace it...wait a few days and call and ask someone else...I haven't done it but that is what I have read...So all of that just to say that you should call HO...the worst that they can say is NO but then at least you will know.

Go for it, Diane. It was damaged during "normal use." (If sitting in the fridge isn't normal use, I don't know what is.) The worst that could happen is they say no.
