Hi all - I know this may have been addressed before, but I am new to chefsuccess so please bear with me! I have an upcoming fundraiser for a girls' dance team school (ages 4 - 14) and am looking for good ideas "demo wise" for a cooking show fundraiser. I figure it'll be an "open house" setup since there will be a lot of parents/kids. Any suggestions on what to premake / set up would be greatly appreciated - thanks! : )

first, do a batter bowl fundraiser with just the team. PM me for details. THEN, as they each sell 1-2 of the prepared bowls, they take catalogs and disperse them through the community, and then finish up with a open house. I did something similar for a PTA and it was a 3K show!

For the open house, premake brownie bites that they can decorate with an EAD, then a veggie tray, and demo CHOCOLATE. Good luck!

Frequently Asked Questions

What are some engaging demo ideas for a girls' dance team fundraiser using Pampered Chef products?

Consider hosting a cooking demonstration that highlights quick and healthy snacks for dancers. You could showcase recipes like energy bites, smoothie bowls, or healthy dips that can be prepared in under 30 minutes. This not only promotes the products but also aligns with the dancers' need for nutritious food.

How can we incorporate dance themes into the Pampered Chef demo?

You can create a fun atmosphere by incorporating dance themes into your demo. For example, play upbeat music during the cooking process and encourage attendees to dance while they cook. You could also name recipes after popular dance moves or styles, making it more relatable and enjoyable for the participants.

What types of Pampered Chef products should we focus on for the fundraiser?

Focus on products that are versatile and appeal to a wide audience. Items like the Quick Slice, Mix 'N Chop, and the Rockcrok are great choices. These products can be used for a variety of recipes, making them attractive to potential buyers. Highlight their ease of use, especially for busy families.

How can we encourage attendees to place orders during the demo?

Offer exclusive discounts or bundle deals for attendees who place orders during the demo. You can also create a sense of urgency by providing limited-time offers or giveaways for those who make a purchase on the spot. Additionally, sharing success stories from previous fundraisers can motivate attendees to support the cause.

Can we incorporate a raffle or prize drawing into the Pampered Chef demo?

Absolutely! Incorporating a raffle or prize drawing can increase engagement and excitement. You could offer a Pampered Chef product as a prize for attendees who make a purchase or for those who participate in the demo. This not only incentivizes sales but also creates a fun atmosphere for everyone involved.
