Has anyone else had the problem of not being able to track the shipment of an order? The last few shows I've had I haven't been able to track the shipment via the UPS site (through link in e-mail I receive or through CC). UPS site says "could not locate shipment details." I get this message all the way through the day it arrives.

Yep, I've had the same problem. I've taken to calling PC to find out what is going on when I've had that problem.

If you're talking about shipment status on CC, thats all it says:( ...but if I click on the tracking # it gives where the package is. It is never up to date, but at least we can get a general idea..:rolleyes:
