To access the Paperwork/Supply Order Form, log into your Pampered Chef account and click on the "Resources" tab. Then, click on "Order Forms" and the Paperwork/Supply Order Form will be available for download.
Yes, the Paperwork/Supply Order Form allows you to order both paperwork and supplies in one convenient form. Simply fill out the sections for both paperwork and supplies and submit the form together.
You can order a variety of supplies on the Paperwork/Supply Order Form, including catalogs, order forms, brochures, and business supplies such as pens and note pads. You can also order replacement parts for your Pampered Chef products.
Once you submit your Paperwork/Supply Order Form, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order. If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
If you need to make changes to your order after it has been submitted, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. They will do their best to accommodate any changes, but please note that some changes may not be possible depending on the status of your order.
