If anyone else is having difficulty redeeming your panarama points: I called HO and they are aware that there is a glitch in their website. They are working to fix this. I was unable, and still, unable to have "submit" work. Now I know why.
 
What a bummer. Not to brag or anything, but I ordered my pans from panorama on Sunday afternoon and received them TODAY! I was so not expecting them. I immediately took them out of the box, washed up the 8 qt pot and lid and used it to make dinner. SO EXCITING!

You stink Jae. Ha Ha. I've been trying since last Thursday thinking I was doing something wrong. Still can't . Guess I have to wait to enjoy my new SS. I told the guy at HO I would just continue earning my points before spending.
 
Maybe it has to do with what you are trying to order. Maybe HO doesn't have any to give out right now so they put a "bug" in the system. Just kidding! Good things come to them that wait, right?
 
I did find out that you can't use Firefox to submit your orders - it has to be through IE:yuck:
