Perfect!!!! thank you! I think I will do something like this!pc_cindy said:Absolutely include outlet items. You might also tuck a mini-catalog in the basket as well as a gift certificate for something like 20% off an order placed with you by a certain date. Last year, I donated what I called a BYOT basket (Bring your own turkey) to be included on a silent auction at an annual church turkey dinner. I included the baster & brush set, a gravy separator (I had an extra one that I could never figure out how to get rid of), some plastic turkey bags, turkey recipe cards, past autumn towels, rosemary herb seasoning and a certificate for 20% off the roasting pan.
Outlet Items in Basket for Auction refer to discounted products from Pampered Chef that are available for bidding in a special auction format. These items are typically overstock, discontinued, or seasonal products offered at reduced prices to encourage sales and clear inventory.
To participate in the auction, you usually need to join a specific event or group organized by a Pampered Chef consultant. Once you are part of the event, you can place bids on the Outlet Items listed in the auction basket according to the rules set by the consultant.
Generally, there are no fees to participate in the auction itself, but you will need to pay for any items you win. The final bid amount will be the price you pay for the Outlet Items, plus any applicable shipping and handling fees.
Yes, most consultants will provide a preview of the Outlet Items in the auction basket prior to the event. This may include photos, descriptions, and starting bid amounts, allowing you to decide which items you want to bid on.
If you win an auction for Outlet Items, the consultant will typically contact you to confirm your win and arrange payment. Once payment is received, your items will be shipped to you according to the consultant's shipping policies.
