How do I receive the online orders on a catalog show that I've set up?

After someone places an order through a show, you'll receive a notification. Go into that show and view the web orders. Click them and mark them as "reviewed". Then you go into P3 and click on "Copy PWS Orders" and follow the prompts.HTH! :)

Frequently Asked Questions

What does "Online Orders Applied to Host Show" mean?

"Online Orders Applied to Host Show" refers to the process where orders placed online by customers are credited to a specific host's show. This allows the host to earn rewards and discounts based on the total sales generated from those online orders.

How can I ensure my online orders are applied to my host show?

To ensure your online orders are applied to your host show, you need to use the unique link provided by your host when placing your order. This link is specifically tied to the host's show and ensures that your purchase counts towards their total sales.

Can I place an online order after the host show has ended?

Typically, online orders must be placed during the host show period to be applied to that show. However, some companies may allow a short grace period for orders to be counted. It's best to check with your host or the Pampered Chef guidelines for specific details.

What happens if I forget to use the host's link when placing my order?

If you forget to use the host's link when placing your order, it may not be credited to their show. Unfortunately, orders placed without the link generally cannot be retroactively applied. It's important to double-check that you're using the correct link before completing your purchase.

Are there any limits on how many online orders can be applied to a host show?

There are usually no strict limits on the number of online orders that can be applied to a host show, as long as they are placed during the designated show period. However, the total sales may affect the rewards and discounts the host receives, so it's beneficial to gather as many orders as possible.
