I need to import my email address' from my yahoo account to my website, yet every time I try I get an error message

The error message that comes across is "No Contacts Found For the Selected Email Client." but I have over 150 email address' in it.

Does anyone know why it is saying that and what can I do to get them imported?

(and I tried logging into my yahoo account and logged out of it to see if either of those ways would worked, and nothing)

Just called PC and they are having an issue with that. So it is not on my end!! Thank Gorsh! So just have to wait until they get it all fixed.

I would probably wait until the new website comes out, I hate the address system with the one we currently have, I am hoping we will be able to import/export very easily once the new one comes.

Help Downloading contactsI am having the same problem. Does anyone know if this was ever resolved and what the answer was/is?

Frequently Asked Questions

What are Addy's and why do I need to import them into my website?

Addy's are essential data files that contain product information, images, and descriptions for your Pampered Chef offerings. Importing them into your website ensures that your online store is up-to-date with the latest products and details, making it easier for customers to browse and purchase.

How do I start the process of importing Addy's into my website?

To begin importing Addy's, you first need to download the Addy files from the Pampered Chef consultant portal. Once downloaded, access your website's content management system (CMS) and locate the import feature. Follow the prompts to upload the Addy files, ensuring that you map the fields correctly for a successful import.

What should I do if I encounter errors during the import process?

If you encounter errors while importing Addy's, first check the error messages provided by your CMS. Common issues include incorrect file formats or mismatched field mappings. Review the Addy files for any discrepancies and ensure they are in the correct format. If problems persist, consult your website's support documentation or reach out to customer support for assistance.

Can I import Addy's in bulk, or do I need to do it one at a time?

Most content management systems allow for bulk importing of Addy's, which saves time and effort. Check your CMS's documentation to confirm the bulk import capabilities and follow the specific guidelines for uploading multiple files at once. This feature is particularly useful for large inventories.

How can I verify that the Addy's have been successfully imported?

After importing the Addy's, navigate to the product section of your website to check if the new items appear correctly. Verify that all product details, images, and descriptions are accurate. Additionally, you can run a test by searching for specific products on your site to ensure they are accessible to customers.
