Need a 40th Birthday Flyer? Help a Busy Spouse Out!

Does anyone have a Flyer like invite I could use for a 40th birthday celebration I can print at home on a plain piece of paper that can be tri-folded and mailed out?
My hubby's 40th is coming up and it would help me out greatly if you have a general one I could play around with and personalize it to send out.
I reeeeeaaallllyyy would be very greatful if you have this and would share. In work preferably!!
