I had my first online or not from a show. I think its called and individual order. I got an email that said online activity. Do I need to do anything? Do I have to put it in P3 or something?
 
Nope, you do not have to do anything! Congratulations! That's always fun!
 
If it is an individual order, not tied to a show, you don't have to do anything. It is already submitted to HO and will ship when ready.Your only job is to maybe thank your customer for their order! :)I'm assuming you are qualified so your website can accept ind. orders.

Anything special you do for a ind order? Other then a thank you? IS it your norm to call or email a thank you???

Just to cover my bases, I usually call the customer within a day or so...sometimes I wait until I have noticed on the shipping status page that it is shipped, that way I can call and say, "Hi! I just wanted to say thank you for your recent order. I just checked and your product(s) shipped and will be arriving at your home on ____(date). Thank you again so much, and please let me know if you need anything at all..." I might even mention that I'll touch base in a week or two to be sure everything arrived and that they are satisfied. Depending on what was ordered, I might hunt up a recipe using those products to offer them via email or in a note. I don't get online orders that often, so it's not like I'm taking tons of time out of my day to do little things. And it really does make a difference in customer satisfaction. :)
