I put in a $1500 fundraiser, submitted 12/2 and it is still marked "received". I really thought it would be more prompt. Is anyone in the same boat?

I imagine they are still trying to play catch-up from the issues they had on the 30th and 1st. I would give it another day. I know that the status on one of my orders shows picking, but it's already shipped and will be delivered today, so I don't think the "issues" are completely worked out!!

No because it was "end of month" just prior, esp with a technical glitch on Sunday. So they are just getting caught up.

They put the date they're working on at the top of the shipment page. Sometimes at the beginning of the month they could be behind 5-7 days.
We are so spoiled but delivery in 2 weeks is considered on time. I always tell my guests that they'll have their things within 2 weeks of when we send the party in but that often it's less than a week. It's dependent on how many other consultants send shows in at the same time.

It's only been 3 days. Like Beth said it shows you at the top of the page which day they are working on.

I am totally squirming about a show I submitted on 12/01...it NEEDS to be delivered by the 11th...and it's been bopping between "picking" and "received" -- now it is showing one box shipped today but I can't get the tracking info yet to see where this one is going (many of the orders were direct ships to various places) The stress!!!

They're only shipping through Nov. 30th right now.

Don't stress..I am sure it'll make it..I had a show with cc trouble submitted on 11/30 and it will be delievered today!

It is showing through Nov. 30th on CC this morning. I had a Nov. 30th show that shipped out last night. Sometimes they will be on the same day for 2 days and sometimes they will blow through 3-4 days in one day, it just depends on the orders! Give it time!

Thanks, all. I just checked again and they are now "picking" -- progress. Yes, I usually tell my people 2 weeks as well.

My 11/30 shows were still "received" last time I checked, so there is nothing to worry about.Ooh, two are picking now.

I submitted two shows Dec 2 and they were shipped out yesterday, so hopefully, yours will be today. Of course, it could be different in Canada.

My Dec 3 submitted show is still "received".

ALL of my shows submitted Nov. 30th have shipped, so they're definitely getting around to all of them. Some even get shipped a couple days before they say they're shipped on the shipment status page. I'm amazed that mine have all shipped! I have none waiting to be shipped, excpet for online orders. It's nice they're making the shows a priority it seems.

I also submitted a show during the "fun" time this past Sunday/Monday and the show is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. With a direct ship order to Texas being delivered today

Frequently Asked Questions

What does it mean when my order status is "Received"?

"Received" means that your order has been successfully placed and acknowledged by the system, but it has not yet moved to the next stage of processing. This is a normal status and can sometimes take a little time to update.

How long should I wait before I consider calling about my order?

It's generally advisable to wait at least 3-5 business days after your order status changes to "Received" before reaching out. This allows sufficient time for processing and updates in the system.

What information should I have ready if I decide to call?

When calling, have your order number, the date of your order, and any relevant personal information ready. This will help the customer service representative assist you more efficiently.

Is it common for orders to stay in the "Received" status for an extended period?

Yes, it can be common for orders to remain in the "Received" status for a few days, especially during busy periods or promotions. However, if it stays in this status for more than a week, it's a good idea to follow up.
