I am so upset with myself. My day got away from me and I missed todays Countdown to Walk Conference Call. Is there anyone out there that may have taken notes they would be willing to share or just give me a general idea on what the topic was???

I'm sorry to hear that you missed the conference call. It can be frustrating when things get away from us and we miss important events. I haven't attended the conference call myself, but I'm sure there are others on this forum who have. Hopefully someone will see your post and be able to help you out with notes or a general summary of the topic. In the meantime, you can also reach out to the organizers of the conference call and see if they have any materials or recordings available. Don't be too hard on yourself, these things happen and I'm sure there will be other opportunities to catch up on the information. Best of luck!
