Hello everyone!
I just have a quick question. I am doing a Stop and Shop tomorrow and hopefully I will get some orders.
My question is, can I put the orders in like I hosted my own show? The reason I am asking is, I do Quarter Auctions and I would like to use the free products for my auction items and for door prizes. What do you think?
Thank you in advance for your help!

Yes, you can put your orders in like your own show... Hopefully you'll get enough to make it a show. Last year I did, this on my first I didn't, but I have another tomorrow, so I'm hoping that I will with that one, was looking forward to some free stuff!

Thanks so much! I wasn't sure if I could do that for an event. I am looking forward to the free product too!

Frequently Asked Questions

What are Quarter Auctions and how do they work?

Quarter Auctions are a fun fundraising event where participants bid on items using quarters. Each item has a designated number of quarters needed to bid, and attendees can raise their paddles to place bids. If their number is drawn, they win the item. It's a great way to engage the community while raising funds.

How can I maximize my Stop and Shop orders for a Quarter Auction?

To maximize your Stop and Shop orders, plan ahead by creating a list of items that will attract bidders. Consider popular Pampered Chef products that are easy to demonstrate and have high perceived value. Additionally, order in bulk to take advantage of discounts and ensure you have enough inventory for the event.

What hosting tips can help make my Quarter Auction successful?

To ensure a successful Quarter Auction, promote the event well in advance through social media, flyers, and word of mouth. Create an engaging atmosphere with decorations and refreshments. Also, consider having a clear agenda for the evening and ensure that all volunteers understand their roles to keep the event running smoothly.

How can I encourage more participants to attend my Quarter Auction?

Encourage attendance by offering early bird specials, such as discounted paddles for those who RSVP early. Promote the event through local community boards, social media, and email newsletters. Highlight the exciting items available for bidding and any special guests or entertainment to draw in a larger crowd.

What are some effective ways to showcase Pampered Chef products during the auction?

To effectively showcase Pampered Chef products, consider doing live demonstrations during the auction to highlight their features and benefits. Create attractive displays that allow attendees to see and touch the products. Providing samples of food made with the products can also entice attendees and encourage bidding.
