First of all, congratulations on your first fundraiser! This is an exciting opportunity and I'm sure you can make it a success. Here are some tips on how to handle this fundraiser: 1. Research the recipes you are going to use. Make sure they are quick, easy and delicious. You can also look for recipes that use similar ingredients so you don't have to buy too many different ingredients. 2. Plan out the timeline for each show. Figure out how much time you will need for prepping, cooking, serving and cleaning up. Make sure to give yourself extra time just in case something goes wrong. 3. Create a menu and budget for the event. Decide how much you will charge per plate and what items you will be serving. This will help you plan ahead so you know exactly what needs to be purchased. 4. Make sure to bring enough food for both shows. You don't want to run out before everyone has been served. 5. Promote the event. You can use social media and word of mouth to spread the word about the fundraiser. I hope these tips help you with your fundraiser. Good luck!

Congratulations on being contacted for your first fundraiser! That's really exciting. It sounds like a great cause too, helping a little girl go to ballet school. As for tips or advice, here are a few things that come to mind:1. Plan your recipes carefully: Since you only have two shows, make sure you choose recipes that are quick and easy to prepare. You don't want to spend too much time in the kitchen and miss out on socializing with the guests.2. Consider dietary restrictions: Make sure to ask the hosts if there are any dietary restrictions among their guests. This will help you plan your recipes accordingly. You could also have a few alternative options for guests with allergies or dietary preferences.3. Keep it simple and affordable: Remember that the main goal of this fundraiser is to raise money for the little girl's ballet school. So, try to keep your recipes simple and affordable. You don't want to spend a lot of money on ingredients and end up with a small donation.4. Get the hosts involved: Since you have two shows at different locations, it might be helpful to get the hosts involved in the planning process. They can help spread the word and invite their friends and family. They can also assist with setting up and cleaning up after the event.5. Have a clear donation system: Make it easy for guests to donate by having a clear donation system in place. You could have a donation box or a designated person collecting donations. You could also have a suggested donation amount for each recipe.Overall, just have fun with it and remember that you are doing this for a good cause. Good luck with your first fundraiser!
