So I had my first show on the 12th and I am currently waiting for two more peoples orders, they wanted husband's approval first. I had three bookings from it two shows and one catalog show. But I really want to get some more shows in before my 30 days are up which will be the 18th June. Right now I only have the one kitchen show before then. I have asked everyone that I have on my list, no one wants to help me out. Then to top things off my director/recruitor has upped the anty a little she said if I can qualafy within my 30 days that she will give me a 1.5-qt. Covered Saucepan. So I really want to get there but I am out of ideas to get the parties I need. Any Advice?

:D Hey I know anyone want to host a show for me! JK:D

Thanks a bunch

I'm glad your first show went so well.

You said you called everyone on your list. Was that your list of 100? If not, you may want to get that out and start working your way through it.

Maybe you could do an Open House at your house for all your friends and family that are around as well!

What about the pampered business idea of dropping off a plate of something and some catalogs and offering the receptionist (or whoever speaks with you) the host benefits for collecting a few orders from around the office. They may not be huge shows, but heck, a show is a show to help you qualify :)

An open house is a great idea.

Also you could do a mystery host show - search in the files for "mystery".

The pampered business is also a great idea.

Also set up an online show & email your 100 that even if they don't want to host a show you would appreciate orders on your current "online party".

Frequently Asked Questions

What are some effective strategies to book more parties in my first 30 days?

To maximize your success in booking parties, focus on leveraging your personal network. Reach out to friends, family, and acquaintances through social media, phone calls, or in-person conversations. Offer incentives, such as discounts or free products, for hosting a party. Additionally, consider creating themed parties that appeal to specific interests, which can attract more hosts.

How can I utilize social media to increase party bookings?

Social media is a powerful tool for promoting your Pampered Chef business. Share engaging content, such as recipe videos, cooking tips, and product highlights, to attract interest. Create events for your parties and invite your followers. Use stories and live sessions to showcase your personality and cooking skills, making it easier for potential hosts to connect with you and want to book a party.

What should I say when I ask someone to host a party?

When asking someone to host a party, be enthusiastic and personal. Start by expressing your excitement about your new business and how much you enjoy the products. Highlight the benefits of hosting, such as earning free products and having a fun gathering with friends. Tailor your pitch to the individual’s interests and preferences to make it more appealing.

How do I follow up with potential hosts without being pushy?

Following up is essential, but it’s important to be respectful and not overly aggressive. After your initial conversation, wait a few days before reaching out again. You can send a friendly message thanking them for considering it and offer to answer any questions they may have. Keep the tone light and casual, and let them know you’re available if they decide to move forward.

What are some common objections I might face when booking parties, and how can I overcome them?

Common objections include concerns about time, space, or feeling overwhelmed. Address these by offering flexible party formats, such as virtual parties or smaller gatherings. Reassure potential hosts that you will provide support and guidance throughout the process. Share success stories from previous hosts to illustrate how easy and enjoyable it can be to host a Pampered Chef party.
