Director Maximizing January Success: Tips for Booking and Selling at Your Upcoming Shows

I have 12 shows in 15 days in December. And 9 shows on the calendar for January. My goal is 20 shows for January, knowing aleast 5-10 will cancel or reschedule. What are you making at your January shows. I have been "selling" the hostess special to book but want to "sell the sizzle" of food too.

Not as cold here as Canada but we often have a "White Christmas" and January is frigid. We get most of our cancellations due to weather or "fear of weather". <---annoys me to no end. Just sayin'.

I'm hoping to book up the beginning with the Free Slicer/Chopper offer and then how much my hosts can get based on a $1000 show.

For food - themes are going to kick off my New Year.
- New Year, New You, New food! (healthy meal ideas)
- Wine & Slippers
- Chicks & Chocolate etc.
