I just hit my 90 days January 11 and I am willing to admit that I need some help in host coaching. To be perfectly honest, I haven't even tried to do it (I keep telling myself I don't have enough time, but fear might be playing a role). Do you guys have any tips, tricks, even scripts to follow? I need your advice! Thanks in advance!:blushing:
 
There is a printable sheet that outlines the three coaching calls you should do with them. This is what I use. Also I think there is a web course on host coaching also. Check into that!
 
Read your Business Guide and take the online training. That will get you started. Then ask your recruiter/director--they can help you!
