I have a customer who has mis-placed her gift certificates. Anyway to help her?
 
HO may track those. Just like when we call for a customer who has lost their receipt. I would call HO and see if they can track them for her.
 
Unfortunately, without the gift certificate number or any proof of purchase, it is unlikely that we can assist in replacing the lost gift certificates. We recommend that the customer retraces her steps and checks any possible locations where the gift certificates may have been misplaced. If they are still unable to locate them, we suggest reaching out to the store or company where the gift certificates were purchased from as they may have records of the purchase and be able to assist in replacing them.
