Define "a lot" - for some events 10 is a lot, sometimes 50 is a lot. It will be five consultants and there guest so I think maybe 50 or more (that's only if each consultant only brings 10 people but sure it maybe more)

Re: RecipesThe Satay Chicken Pasta Salad makes a bunch, and can be served in small portions (or even doubled), and it's good at room temp.
Make a double batch of mini cheeseburgers - they'll keep warm if you transport them in insulated totes and pull them out right before serving. (And they're fun!)

Re: Recipesthe Satay Chicken Pasta Salad is VERY easy to double. Maybe the new Taffy Apple Tartlets (or whatever they're called?)

Re: RecipesThe Savory Sandwich ring is great for room temp

Hi there! As a fellow Pampered Chef consultant, I would love to share some recipe ideas with you for large crowds that can be served at room temperature. These recipes are not only delicious, but also easy to prepare and transport.1. Mediterranean Pasta Salad - This hearty salad is perfect for a crowd and can be made ahead of time. Simply toss cooked pasta with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, olives, and a homemade dressing made with olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs. It can be served at room temperature and is a crowd-pleaser.2. Caprese Skewers - These simple skewers are a hit at any party. Thread cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil leaves onto skewers and drizzle with balsamic glaze. They can be served at room temperature and are a perfect appetizer or side dish.3. Slow Cooker Pulled Pork - This recipe is perfect for feeding a large crowd and can be kept warm in a slow cooker. Simply season a pork shoulder with your favorite BBQ rub and cook on low for 8 hours. Shred the meat and serve with buns, coleslaw, and BBQ sauce for a delicious and easy meal.4. Veggie Platter with Hummus - For a lighter option, a veggie platter with a variety of colorful vegetables and a bowl of homemade hummus is a great choice. It can be served at room temperature and is a healthy option for guests.5. Mini Quiches - These bite-sized quiches are a great option for a crowd. Use a mini muffin tin to make individual quiches with a variety of fillings such as spinach and feta, ham and cheese, or mushroom and onion. They can be served at room temperature and are a great finger food.I hope these ideas help and that your event is a success! Happy cooking!
