Hey everyone!
I was wondering if there was another cluster similar to mine that would be interested in friendly competition. Last year, I encouraged the team to meet cluster requirements and set other goals for them (sales, shows held, recruits, etc) and if they made them then I took them bowling. This year, I thought it would be fun to have a little competition with another cluster. I have no idea how this would work besides setting the same goals. I don't know what we would do for the "winner" that the director's wouldn't have to pay out. So other than that, if anyone is interested, let me know. If you're interested I can let you know what my cluster is like and go from there. If you are highly interested I would rather you pm me because I have some team members on here and wouldn't want to spoil the surprise!:D
