You actually have until the end of the month after the current selling season, although I don't think that HO has to honor the sale items after the end of the month following the sale.
You have until the 31st (or 30th - whichever is the last day) of the Month to turn in shows from the previous month. So I have until Oct 31st to turn in shows from September.

Sometimes, when we have a special promotion - like Sellathon - we have until the 5th day of the next month to turn in sales from the previous month, and have it still count towards the promotion. For instance: November is Sellathon, and we have until Dec. 5th to close out and turn in November shows, and have them count for sellathon.
