Itemized Reciept Ordering Instructions?

SUMMARY

The discussion centers on the use of itemized receipts for ordering, which have proven to increase order values significantly, from $30-$40 to $50-$60. Users express a need for documentation that provides clear instructions for hosts on utilizing these receipts effectively, particularly for catalog shows and online ordering. While some participants prefer the itemized receipts for their organizational benefits, others find them cumbersome compared to traditional write-in forms. I was wondering if anyone has a word doc with ordering instructions for the itemized receipt. I've started using these instead of OOFs as my director has been getting higher outside orders with them ($50-$60, instead of $30-$40 each). I would love a doc telling hosts how to use these receipts. Also, maybe a 2nd doc for catalog shows that has how to use the receipts and how to tell people to order online. Anyone have one already typed up? TIA!

I don't have a document. I used to use these and I switched to the write in forms because the itemized ones are just too big. However, I ordered the itemized ones this time. I am not sure why. But, I like the idea of the symbols next to the items...guarantee, kit item, etc. And, you can have your guest circle all of the items they are interested in as you talk and then they can order the ones they want at the show and you will have a copy of the other things in case they are on sale or are being discontinued. I used to call it their wish list. I don't like the wish lists because there is only one copy. This way you and the guest have a copy. This is great for reasons to contact customers.

I don't have a flyer but can tell you that the itemized goes by the catalog pages so that does make it easier than years ago when they didn't. I am mixed on which one I like better. There are pros and cons to both.
