Have a party scheduled in the cabana of an apt. No stovetop and only a small microwave that is too small for the dcb. Would still like to do a hands on demo. Ideas? Considering preparing the meal in advance but would rather do something there. Thank you.

MIF MIH cookbook = "Make It Fresh, Make It Healthy" cookbook. It took me a few minutes to figure out what that meant, so I thought I'd post in case someone else was puzzled too. (ANd RCP = Rice Cooker Plus.....had me on that one too!)
