Is there a way to figure out all of the items that a customer has ordered over the time that she has been a customer of mine???

In Pampered Partner, or P3?In PP, you can do a report "Total Items Sold" and put in their name. You had to add them to your contact list though. In P3, if they are added to your contact list, you click on their name and there is a tab for past purchases.

Thanks!! That was perfect!!

I never thought of that ... but it does give me an idea. Last December I received a note from my MK lady stating how much (in dollars) I had purchased over the year. She then broke it down and gave me a % disc based on that total dollar amount. I think I will file this info for December and repeat the idea. Great way to boost year end sales, push holiday gift giving ideas. Who doesn't love a bargain at the holiday time. Thanks for the info on this.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a way to figure out all of the items that a customer has purchased from Pampered Chef?

Yes, you can track customer purchases through your Pampered Chef consultant portal. By accessing your order history, you can view all items purchased by each customer, provided they are linked to their account.

Can I see a customer's complete order history?

While you can see the orders placed under your consultant account, you may not have access to a customer's complete order history if they have purchased items from other consultants. However, you can view all orders made through your own parties.

Is there a way to ask customers about their previous purchases?

Absolutely! It's a good practice to reach out to customers and ask them about their previous purchases. This can help you recommend new products or replacements based on their past orders.

Can I use customer feedback to track their purchases?

Yes, customer feedback can be a valuable tool. By engaging with your customers and asking for their input on products they have purchased, you can build a better understanding of their preferences and past purchases.

Are there any tools or apps that can help track customer purchases?

While Pampered Chef does not provide a specific app for tracking customer purchases, many consultants use customer relationship management (CRM) tools or spreadsheets to keep track of their customers' orders and preferences effectively.
