- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup buttermilkInstructions:1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
3. Cut in the softened butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
