I have the opportunity to have a display table at a local bridal store next month, and I need tome help with how to word an invitation to it, and also with any suggestions for a recipe. I'm not going to be doing a demo, but the manager of the store does want me to have some food for the customers to sample. It needs to be something that will last for several hours (I'm scheduled to be there from 10-3) and that won't be messy as there are lots of wedding and prom gowns there and I don't want to be responsible for anyone getting a mess on one of the gowns. She also wants me to come up with an email invitation that can be sent out to both our contacts. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks! Wish me luck with getting lots of leads and bookings from this!

AppetizersI would stick with appetizers that do not requre utensils, but simply a napkin. Maybe a punch in your quick stir with small plastic cups so they can sample the drink.
I really like the Cucumber Party Canapes

And the classic deli wraps are delicious and mess free.

"Congratulations on the opportunity to have a display table at the bridal store! It's always exciting to showcase your talents and products to potential clients. For the food portion, I would suggest something simple and elegant, like a fruit and cheese platter or mini pastries. These options are easy to serve and won't create a mess. As for the email invitation, I would recommend including the date, time, and location of the event, along with a brief description of what you'll be showcasing. You can also mention any special discounts or promotions you'll be offering during the event. Best of luck with your display and I hope it leads to many new leads and bookings for you!"
